Child Safety Standards

KINJO maintains a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment and actively cooperating with law enforcement and global child protection organizations.

01

Zero-tolerance policy against CSAE & CSAM

KINJO strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

There is zero tolerance on our platform for any depiction, discussion, promotion, grooming, solicitation, or sharing of content that exploits or endangers minors. Any account found to be involved in the creation, upload, transmission, or storage of such material will be subject to immediate, permanent termination without notice, and will be reported to national and international law enforcement agencies.

Strict Enforcement:

We enforce this policy globally across all features of the KINJO application, website, profile cards, images, and user communications without exception.

02

Prevention, detection & moderation

To prevent, identify, and eliminate illicit material on KINJO, we employ multi-layered proactive and reactive safeguards:

  • Pre-Upload & Automated Image Screening: All user-uploaded media (such as profile photographs) are scanned using automated image filtering and perceptual hash matching systems designed to flag and block known abusive imagery before it can be displayed.
  • AI Text Analysis: Text fields (including profile bios, headlines, and prompt responses) are monitored using automated language moderation tools to detect grooming keywords, predatory language, solicitation, and abusive behavior.
  • Human Review: Any content flagged by automated tools or reported by users is immediately routed to our dedicated Trust & Safety moderation team for expedited human review.
  • Account Deplatforming: When abusive content or predatory intent is confirmed, the offending account is permanently banned, all active sessions are revoked, and associated device fingerprints are blacklisted.
03
